The LPN generally reports to the Registered Nurse, or Director of Nursing Services, or Supervising Nurse, or the Division Director. KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: + Under direct supervision, provide general nursing care to clients at the facility: + Take and record client's vital signs + Administer prescribed/specified mediation and note time and amount on client's chart + Observe clients and report adverse reactions to medication or treatment to supervisor + Inventory and requisite supplies + Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: + High School Diploma, or equivalent; + Graduated from an approved school of practical Nursing; and is licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State.
